In "The Beginning Of The End", Goop believes his voice makes it hard for people t take him seriously. His Anti-Gravity Projector became a substitute for the missing Anti-Gravity Multiplier on Piscciss. If Goop's Anti-Gravity Projector is broken or lost, the Omnitrix/Ultimatrix/The Omnitrix creates a new one. Goop's humanoid shape seems to be his default shape although Goop can shape shift but maybe this is because Ben is Human. Goop's Anti-Gravity Projector is not part of his biological form he uses it to keep his shape due to the gravity difference of Earth and Viscosia. Goop is a Polymorph from the planet Viscosia.
Appearances:
Goop is a green humanoid pile of goo that can shape shift into anything at will. He has an Anti-Gravity Projector floating above his head which keeps him in his shape and also projects Goop's voice. He wears the prototype Omnitrix/Ultimatrix on his chest. In Omniverse, Goop has a nose-like beak and he has an amoeba-like shape. His Anti-Gravity Projector has been redesigned, and his Omnitrix is located on top of it. When Goop speaks now, a crackle of static is heard at the end of each line as if he is speaking through a walkie-talkie this is because his Anti-Gravity Projector projects his voice.
Powers:
Goop can manipulate his slime with his Anti-Gravity Projector, but if Goop and the Anti-Gravity Projector are separated by even two feet, Goop's body will become inert until the Anti-Gravity Projector recollects it, however Goop can launch it at enemies to cut them. If Goop loses his Anti-Gravity Projector, then the prototype Omnitrix/Ultimatrix/The Omnitrix creates a new one. The Anti-Gravity Projector allows Goop to shape shift and take on any appearance, as well as granting Goop the ability to fly. Goop is able to eject slime with acidic or sticky properties. Due to Goop being composed of this slime, he is able to to dissolve a large variety of materials.
Weaknesses:
Goop's Anti-Gravity Projector has a limit of how far it can control Goop. If separated by two feet or turned off, Goop becomes a puddle. Goop can be hurt if been spun fast. In Alien Force and Ultimate Alien, due to his slime body which allows anyone to pull it off him easily and Goop will revert back to normal. In Omniverse however, the Omnitrix is located on his Anti-Gravity Projector which eliminates this weakness.
