Bandai originally planned to release figures for Vilgax, Ben 10, 000 and Forever Ninja. Ben 10, 000 has went as far as getting a packaging mock up with a finished figure, however, none of these have seen the light of day.

The most iconic villain in the Ben 10 franchise. This figure was able to incorporate all the details from his Omniverse design. His head doesn't seem to be articulated but the detail is superb.
Derrick J. Wyatt has said that other figures Bandai planned includes Upgrade.
It's a shame we didn't get these figures and instead got the likes of Pax and Murk Upchuck.
