Ben 10,010 Spoiler Info (Surge, Humungoraptor and more)

Ben 10,010 and President Gwen

The season 5 of the Ben 10 reboot has finally premiered, starting of the season with Ben 10,010, which aired in Turkey. A lot of things has been revealed in this special, Much like Ben 10 Versus the Universe, Ben 10,010 has its own unique intro sequence, as well as its own unique music theme.

The movie starts in the future where we see armored soldiers using blasters against the Xerge army. We see the Omni-Copter shooting a large laser at it.

Gwen is revealed to be the president of the United States and has a lot of Ben's former enemies as her workers. Such as General Hex, Secretary Zombozo, Sergeant Smythe, Admiral Animo, Maurice, Sydney, Solar and Polar Twain.

It's interesting to note that Hex is wearing his outfit from The Hex Factor, Zombozo is wearing his outfit from Bomzobo Lives and Admiral Animo still has his old mutated body and doesn't appear to have physically aged. 

Max in the future is just a holographic A.I. and it is implied that the old Max is dead.

Humungoraptor

Gwen has her own battle armor which she uses to fight the Xerge invasion. Kevin joins her as the new Antitrix alien Humungoraptor. Kevin is revealed to be stuck as this form, so we never seen future Kevin in human form. Humungoraptor has a Velociraptor styled body and is able to use his strong tail in combat. When he hits his tail on the ground it creates red energy that can blast opponents away, similar to reboot Humungousaur's ability to generate green energy from his tail. Humungoraptor is able to shoot red energy from his mouth, similar to Omni-Kix Humungousaur or Astrodactyl.

Ben 10,000 walks out of his home and sees the city of Bellwood getting invaded by aliens. He said that this was terrible, when he actually was referring to the Mr. Smoothy he was drinking tasting bad.

Ben 10,000 has been shown to live in a junkyard without any contact with his family. Glitch, now known as Hitch, is there to accompany him. Hitch is merged with a droid that allows him to float of the ground. 

Ben 10,000 has grown attached to defunct robots due to him being lonely, and names one of them Louis, which is a reference to the season 4 episode of the reboot called It's Story Time. 

Spidermonkey in the reboot

Hex appears Ben 10,000 asking for his help, however Ben 10,000 thinks that Hex is still evil and proceeds to transform into Spidermonkey, who resembles his Alien Force/Ultimate Alien appearance, and Dee Bradley Baker reprises his role. There was a gag where Ben 10,000 stops mid-way through the transformation as he was tired. It is also worth noting that the Omnitrix appears to be inactive for some time and required multiple hits before it activated.

Ben 10,000 is out of shape and hasn't fought in quite a while. He doesn't even hit Hex before transforming back.

Hex teleports A.I. Max to see Ben, with him being happy to see his grandfather but disappointed to see that he's just a hologram. Ben 10,000 is led to Gwen's headquarters where he see his former enemies studying the Xerge and building machines. Ben and Gwen reunites but begins to argue, prompting Max to console them. The Xerge attacks the base, leading Hex, Humungoraptor and Ben as Buzzshock to fight them off.

Buzzshock in the reboot

Buzzshock looks exactly like his original series counterpart and is even voiced by Tara Strong like in the classic series. Buzzshock flies into the Xerge and learns that the alien invaders are after the Xerge DNA that lies in his Omnitrix, which is what they used to track Ben's location.

Ben 10,000 enters a time machine made by his former enemies in order to recruit his young self. In the present, Maxine and Max are having a picnic with their grandchildren. Ben and Gwen are playing in the water, but Gwen exits to look for Ryan. Ben then has to deal with Simon Sez who wants to play in the water. Suddenly, Steam Smythe in his Clocktopus arrives and attacks Ben. Ben gets Simon to go away and prepares to transform. He then unlocks a new alien, a member of the Xerge species, promptly named Surge.

Ben tries to find out Xerge's powers, but was unable to, and ends up fleeing from Steam Smythe's Clocktopus. He runs into Gwen who runs in to distract the Clocktopus, but the machine catches her. Surge wants to save her but trips, discovering that he is able to levitate. Surge then attempts to ram into the Clocktopus by ramming into it, but bumped himself onto the ground and subsequently gets attacked.  

Just then, Ben 10,000 as Four Arms rammed into the Clocktopus, which makes it tumble onto the ground. Four Arms mocks Steam Smythe and gets hit for it, hurting his back. Four Arms managed to defeat the Clocktopus and throws Steam Smythe far into the distance. 

Surge flies towards Four Arms, who confuses him as an evil Xerge and attempts to attack him. Ben 10,000 then sees young Gwen and realizes that the Xerge he was holding was actually his past self, whom he hugs. Ben 10,000 asks where Max is.

Ben and Gwen head towards the picnic table that Max and Maxine has set up. They proceed to devour almost all of the food on the table, not leaving any for Ryan or Simon. The Sez family then leaves. Ben then introduces Max to Ben 10,000. 

Ben 10,000 tells Ben about the Xerge invasion. The adult Ben hugs Max goodbye and takes his past self into the future, where they see that the White House is in ruins. Sergeant Smythe runs out to see them, though young Ben who doesn't know that Steam Smythe has turned good, transformed into Diamondhead and shot a diamond shard at him.He attempts to attack him again but was stopped by Ben 10,000.

Ben 10,000 helps Sergeant Smythe up, and then transformed into Heatblast to prepare for the battle with Xerge. A.I. Max then appears, scaring Diamondhead, encouraging Ben 10,000 as they went into battle. 

Meanwhile, Gwen in her mecha suit was fighting against a large horde of Xerge whom had combined into a large monster. She can see in the sky that Heatblast is destroying the Xerge army's ships. Diamondhead and Heatblast combined their powers to create a huge, flaming spiked ball made out of diamonds to smash the Xerge. Which seemed to be effective.

President Gwen looks over the two alien heroes, and thought that Diamondhead was Kevin, who times out to reveal that he was 10-year old Ben, which angers Gwen, prompting her to scold Ben 10,000 for bringing him into the future. The Xerge is then revealed to not be destroyed, as they reform to face the Bens, wanting the piece of them that lies in the Omnitrix. Ben 10,000 gives in and willingly allowed them to take the Omnitrix, but the Xerge was stopped by Gwen commanding Hitch to attack the Xerge with missiles, with Ben as Rath saving his future self from the explosion. 

A.I. Max gives the Bens the idea to transform into Surge and take over the Xerge army. Ben 10,000 and young Ben then transformed into Surge together, and begin picking off the Xerge pieces from the large collective, but they were hit away by the large monster. 

Gwen then calls upon some robot drones which are based on her battle armor. The robots shot a multitude of lasers at the Xerge, but unfortunately they were all destroyed the Xerge's own laser.

Xerge vs. Surge

The two Bens as Surge finally fly back, now combined. They fly right into the large Xerge monster and began taking over a large portion of the Xerge. They then separated from the monster, now having their own large body to fight with. Xerge and Surge then duke it out, with Surge getting the upper hand, eventually making the Xerge explode into many separated pieces. The two Surges landed not too far of and transformed back to their human selves. Gwen ran towards them and hugs them with her robot suit. General Hex arrives, causing young Ben to prepare to fight him, but was stopped by Ben 10,000. Hex informs that they must send young Ben back to his time. 

Back at the lab, President Gwen, Ben 10,000 and Ben bid farewell. Young Ben then began asking a lot of questions and was then shoved into the time portal by Sergeant Smythe, who laughed about it. In the present, Ben is happy is to see Max and the two prepared to have a barbecue.

In the future, President Gwen is holding a live announcement, informing that the Xerge pieces are being collected and the city of Bellwood is being rebuilt. We see Ben 10,000, who has lost weight, shaving off his beard with Hitch in his temporary home. Ben 10,000 heads out wearing a green jacket like the one classic Ben wore in Alien Force and Ultimate Alien. Ben 10,000 made a quick visit to Gwen before running of towards the distance, yelling "It's hero time!" before transforming, ending the special in a green flash. 

Ben 10,010 will premiere in European countries on February 27, 2021.
