Arctiguana

"Articguana? Cool, literally." - Artiicguana in Ben Again

 

Arctiguana is the first ice alien in the Ben 10 franchise. He's a Polar Manzardill from the planet X'Nelli who was first used by Ben 10, 000 in the original series episode Ben 10, 000. He was used again by Ken Tennyson in Ken 10 to freeze Mot Snikrep. He appeared as a hologram in Ben 10, 000 Returns where Ultimate Ben used his ice breath powers.

Arctiguana was finally unlocked in Omniverse by 16 year old Ben who froze some incoming lava. Albedo used Arctiguana to chase Ben, Max and Rook while carrying Khyber, before going Ultimate and attacking Ben. In the comics, Arctiguana was used by both Ben and Ben 10, 000 to defeat Vilgax 3000. 

Arctiguana is voiced by Tom Kane in the original series and is voiced by Eric Bauza in Omnivese.

Appearance

Arctiguana is a large, lizard-like alien with the face of a blue fish. He has two slender arms and two hind legs. He has a large mouth with small teeth and markings around his yellow eyes. Artciguana wears a black costume that exposes his underside and has white pants. He has dorsal fins and white gills. The Omnitrix is located on his left wrist.

In Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, Arctiguana. has spikes on his cheeks and the white on his arms are black.  He wears the Ultimatrix on his chest.

16 year old Ben as Arctiguana has spikes on his chin, different face markings and a white shirt with stripes. The white parts of his feet are now black. The Omnitrix is on his chest.

11 year old Arctiguana looks identical to his original series incarnation, but with his Omniverse body.

Albedo as Arctiguanais similar to teen Ben, except has darker skin and has red eyes and shirt. 

Ben 23 as Freezelizard looks similar to his original incarnation, but has blue eyes and the white parts of his outfit is not light blue. 

Powers and Abilities

Arctiguana is able to shoot an ice ray from his mouth that can freeze lava on contact. He is able to create ice paths and propel himself upwards using his icy breath to move more freely. Arctiguana very agile and fast.
