Derrick J. Wyatt, the former art director of Ben 10: Omniverse, collaborated with his friend
dyemooch to make some aliens that are exclusive to alternate universe Bens. Ben Prime received a Cybertronian alien form called Decimus Prime.

The model is actually a recolor of Upgrade merged with Kevin's car in robot form that was shown in OTTO Motives, but with a new face and the Omnitrix symbol added to his chest. Decimus Prime is able to transform into a green car.
