Ultimate Panucian is the ultimate version of Khyber's Panuncian, the predatory species of Splixons, Ditto's species. His only appearance is in the Ben 10: Omniverse episode For A Few Brains to escape Upchuck's stomach. The form is accessible due Albedo upgrading the Nemetrix off-screen.

Appearance
Ultimate Panuncian resembles normal Panuncian but larger and having bright red fur. There is missing patches of fur revealing his pink skin. He now has sharp silver spikes on his tail, fangs, horn and his back. He wears a metal helmet that covers the top of his head and has sunken red eyes. The Nemetrix is around his neck and doesn't appear to have any evolutionary spikes like regular Ultimate forms.
Powers and Abilities
Ultimate Panuncian has sharp teeth, claws and tail that he can use to attack his opponents. The tail is strong enough to break Gwen's mana barrier. He is also very fast and agile, much like the regular Panuncian. He didn't demonstrate the ability to duplicate.
Weaknesses
If a large amount of water is forced down his throat, such as the case with Water Hazard, it can make Ultimate Panuncian bloat, immobilizing him.Rook and Kevin took the opportunity to remove the Nemetrix, making him change back into a normal Panuncian.
