Ultimate Echo Echo

"I'll try and make this as painless as possible, SONIC DOOM!" - Ultimate Echo Echo in The Absolute Enemy: Part 2
Ultimate Echo Echo in And Then There Was Ben
Ultimate Echo Echo is the evolved version of Echo Echo accessed by the Ultimatrix. He first appeared in Map of Infinity where he took down two Necrofriggians and defeated Cerberus. He reappeared in the Ben 10: Omniverse episode The Ultimate Heist by Albedo to counter Eye Guy before changing into Ultimate Spidermonkey. He is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker in Ben 10: Ultimate Alien and never spoken in Ben 10: Omniverse.

Appearance

Ultimate Echo Echo is a tall blue robotic humanoid with circular shoulders and an oval shaped head. He has several sonic disks located on his body; two on his feet, one on his palms and back of his hand, two on each side of his head, two on his chest, two on his shoulders and one on the top of his head. He has one black stripe on his stomach which stops beneath his chest and has large feet with no toes. He has two green eyes and a square shaped mouth that doesn't move  when he talks. The evolved Ultimatrix is located on his chest.

Ultimate Echo Echo in Ben 10: Ultimate Alien

In Ben 10: Omniverse, Ultimate Echo Echo's blue is duller in color and his sonic disks now protrude outwards from his body, revealing a silver lining around the disks. He now has two additional sonic disks on the side of his legs and two black stripes on his legs as well as a bigger jaw and red wires going his back to his arm. He also has black squares on the side of his head.  He now has a black patch on his chest. The Ultimatrix is located on his chest and now has uneven spikes that conenct to his chest disks and neck. His sonic disks now look like his head.

Powers and Abilities

Ultimate Echo Echo is able to throw the sonic disks scattered around his body to fire off sonic blasts on his opponents. The sonic disks are able to multiply and fly around freely, it can even fly back to him and reconnect to his body if necessary. The disks are able to create force fields using sound waves and he can survive in the vacuum of space. Ultimate Echo Echo is able to fly and is fairly durable.

Derrick J. Wyatt confirmed that in Ben 10: Omniverse, the reason why his sonic disks look like his head is so that it allows him to duplicate himself by having the body to fall underneath the disk.

Weaknesses

In Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, Ultimate Echo Echo is unable to duplicate himself unlike Echo Echo.
