Nemetrix

Hello people we are back with our first Equipment showcase which is known as, The Nemetrix. The Nemetrix (concept name Predatrix) is a knock off version of the original Omnitrix. It was invented by a Dr. Psychobos. This knock off version off the Omnitrix holds the predators of  Ben Tennyson's Omnitrix aliens. It was first tested on Phil but failed since it can't be used on Sapient Species. It was later used by Zed, Khybers Dog, who was the main user for the Nemetrix in Ben 10: Omniverse. But in Showdown Part 1, it was removed by Khyber, due to him thinking that he does not need Zed anymore. Khyber is the current owner of the Nemetrix.

History

In Of Predators And Prey Part 1 flashback, Malware was fighting Four Arms, Malware grab the Nemetrix and absorb it. Later, he went to Cerebrocrustacean named Dr. Psychobos and showed him the plans. The plans are incomplete but they were able to finish the model in mere weeks. They hired Khyber the huntsman to collect Alien Predator DNA for the Nemetrix. They tested it on Phil, Max's old Plumber partner. Meanwhile, Max was fishing with 11 year old Ben and Gwen. Till Phil attacked as Terroranchula attacked them. Ben as Stinkfly was defeated by Phil so he went Feedback and try to stop him. Phil's mind is now getting haywired by the Nemetrix and starts banging his head on The Rustbucket. Both of them timed out and The Team was shocked to see Phil. Phil then disappears and the flashback ended. In Outbreak, Dr. Psychobos tried to pgrade the Nemetrix so Zed can transform at will without Khyber's help but failed. The Nemetrix keeps changing Zed into random Predator forms. Psychobos later stole a piece of the Omnitrix which makes Ben transforming into different forms. The Nemetrix was later fix in the end of the episode. In Malefactor, Zed is now able to transform into predator species at will thanks to the events of Outbreak. In Showdown Part 1, it is shown that anyone can control Zed to make her transform into predators as long they whistle. Later in the end of the episode, Khyber removed the Nemetrix as Zed fails him and sees there is no reason to keep her.

Appearance

The Nemetrix has a hexagon shape and it is black. It has a red interface and has sliver jagged lines which makes it resembles a mouth. When a user wears it, it has a collar-like appearance. Like how Ben transforms the Omnitrix appears on each alien, the Nemetrix and collar is seen when a user uses it too.

How It Works

The Nemetrix acts like the original Omnitrix since that is what it's inspired by. When transforming, the Nemetrix shows dark red silhouettes of the Predators and beeps and the user selects the Predator. Zed was able to transform at will.
